Summary of Ulrike's keynote:

The traditional approach of publishing documentation as a manual or online help, which covers one target group, one purpose, and one specific product variant, cannot cope with the new challenges in technical communication. These challenges arise with the "Internet of Things". As digitalization grows, technical documentation needs to be converted into intelligent information that can be provided to users in a dynamic way, according to scenario and context.

But how do we make our documentation smart? How do we create intelligent information and publish dynamically? The keynote gives an overview of the requirements and characteristics of intelligent information, methods for content classification with metadata, and technical solutions for dynamic publication.
