Working in self-organized teams
Our customers expect high-quality work, excellent project management, and flexibility. We meet these demands with expert knowledge and our self-organized, agile working methods. Our teams manage project tasks and roles independently and directly communicate with the customers. Feedback discussions and project retrospectives are part of our daily work.
Thanks to our mentoring program, new employees are never left alone. Each new colleague is assigned a mentor who coordinates required training, further education, and communication with the project teams. Mentoring at parson usually lasts for six months, but we can adjust the duration to individual needs.
It’s important to us that you quickly familiarize yourself with the new job responsibilities. During and after the probation period, we regularly meet with you to analyze your potential. This way, you will continuously acquire new knowledge and skills. In cooperation with your mentor, we make sure that you achieve your goals.
Regular training measures and specialized conferences expand our expert knowledge. We are constantly developing further: both in our profession and in our organization.
Flexible working hours and a family-friendly environment are important to us. Our colleagues belong to different age groups, and many have children. We support them with home office solutions and help with the costs for childcare. When employees return to work after parental leave, we develop individually tailored solutions to make the re-entry easier. parson has been awarded the Hamburg Family award twice.
