In their presentation at the tekom spring conference 2024, Helle Hannken-Illjes, Technical Communicator at parson, and Dr. Patrick MacCrae, Managing Director of AI specialist LangTec, will give an overview of artificial intelligence use cases in technical communication. They will describe suitable AI processes and explain approaches and criteria for selecting them.
Prompt engineering is a relatively new discipline that deals with the development and optimization of prompts. Prompts are structured requests, for example to an AI chatbot such as ChatGPT.
