From modular information architecture to product data–driven documentation – next step with Endress+Hauser
As product diversity and variant complexity increase, so do the demands for precise, tailored technical documentation.
Endress+Hauser set the course early on. In collaboration with parson, they established a foundation in the form of a modular, semantic information architecture and a new component content management system (CCMS).
The next step is to align documentation with specific product configurations and control it directly with product data.
The goal is to enable the reuse of target content while combining product data from different systems in a way that makes it immediately usable for documentation.
What our customer says:
Integrating the product model and the information model via the knowledge graph is a strategic step toward fully automated, variant-driven documentation, and parson played a key role in this process. They supported us in system implementation and conceptual and structural design […].
Our new reference demonstrates how this approach was implemented in practice and the roles played by product data, the CCMS, and the knowledge graph.
