Successful consulting for dSPACE – parson supports with the use of CCMS and AI integration

dSPACE wants to make technical communication more efficient and integrate it across departments. parson supported dSPACE in one phase of this process. The focus was on consolidating the requirements for a content component management system (CCMS), identifying and evaluating AI use cases, and developing measures for the future use of AI in content processes.
The results: A prioritized list of requirements, an evaluation matrix for AI use cases and concrete recommendations for the next steps – a solid basis for the future optimization of technical communication at dSPACE.
