But is connecting to ChatGPT or another language model always the best choice? Which AI tool or process should be used for which tasks?

In their presentation at the tekom spring conference 2024, Helle Hannken-Illjes, Technical Communicator at parson, and Dr. Patrick MacCrae, Managing Director of AI specialist LangTec, will give an overview of artificial intelligence use cases in technical communication. They will describe suitable AI processes and explain approaches and criteria for selecting them.
