The program of this year's tcworld conference is once again fully packed with live lectures, meetups, technical presentations, tutorials and much more. You will also have the opportunity to exchange ideas with our experts.

This year's conference will take place from November 8 to 19 - again as a digital event.

Our sessions will cover topics such as gender-neutral writing in technical documentation, the administration of metadata, and ethical design.

Gender-neutral language is becoming more and more entrenched in everyday speech. The Duden, the dictionary of the German language, has made the gender asterisk official. We need to talk! What does this mean for technical communication? Until now, there have not been any official guidelines for gender-neutral technical documentation. We'll present options and want to motivate you with recommendations and tips and tricks for a practical implementation.

Did you ever wonder whether iiRDS as a metadata model is suitable for your company's documentation? It was made for the machinery industry and maybe software documentation, right? We will show you that this is not the case. We demonstrate how to use iiRDS for the documentation of technical standards from the automotive industry and how to enable smart content delivery for these documents. The prototype has been developed for ASAM e.V.
