Chatbots for customer service: BOTfriends und parson start cooperation
September 15, 2023
Chatbots are becoming increasingly popular for customer service. They provide customers with round-the-clock access to help and information. With chatbot-assisted processes, companies can reduce the workload of their staff und improve their service.
With the Conversational AI Platform BOTfriends X, BOTfriends offer a platform for creating chatbots. parson is now a solution partner of BOTfriends. This allows us to support our customers in providing the content of their technical documentation in an intelligent chatbot. On request, parson restructures the documentation for the chatbot or checks if the existing documentation is suitable.

The master thesis of our colleague Mette Lilienthal is also dedicated to this topic. Mette studies the possibility of using technical documentation content for chatbots. This thesis was supervised by parson and RWS and supported by BOTfriends. Read the blog post "How to feed a chatbot with documentation content."
