At the tekom SummerCON in June 2020, the project partners of Endress+Hauser and tcworld present the iiBot, an iiRDS-based chatbot prototype.

The iiBot is an intelligent chatbot that gives precise instructions – live, based on the use case, and tailored to the service technician's qualification.
